Must have 2 or more years of web development experience. Should have the ability to understand the requirement of the clients, doing analysis, and designing the system.
Candidate should be a Team member more than a leader. He/She should understand the capability and knowledge of the other team members and try to tell then the things in learning environment. He/She should also be able to perform system analysis and getting requirements from the clients.


. Knowledge of the PHP Framework

. PHP or ASP, ASP.NET

. Good analytical ability

. Good communication skills

. At least 1 year experience as a Team Leader in above programming languages


Your responsibilities:
 
Client requirement analysis, project proposals, estimation, scheduling, and delivery. You will be completely responsible for project deadlines.
 
Projects:
 
You will be working with overseas clients building B2B and B2C websites and portals. You will be working closely with a team of programmers using ASP and JSP and with a front-end design/development team using Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks.
 
Salary:
 
Salary is negotiable based on your skills.
